Can the color of dried flowers remain the same forever? The only constant in life is change, and the same applies to pressed flower artworks. The color of dried flowers may change over time due to factors such as the medium used, storage conditions, sealing, light exposure, temperature, and more. However, please rest assured that the products we sell are typically well-sealed to prevent significant color changes over a short period.

How could I customise a product? If you like to customise, please select the style and requirement in the page of "Home" and "Preserve pressed flower frame service" , if you have more specific preference, please leave us an email and attach the photo or picture which could show what you want. If you want to preserve a bouquet of flowers that is meaningful to you, you have the option to either send the flowers to us via courier or deliver them directly to our studio (please contact customer service for the specific location). We offer custom services to press your flowers into dried flowers, then create artwork in the style of the original bouquet, and finally seal and frame it. However, please be aware that due to storage conditions such ashumidity and light exposure, the colors of the pressed flowers may change over time. You may bring your fresh flowers to our studio when they are still in good condition. It's important to note that due to space limitations in the frame, it may not be possible to include all flower materials. Additionally, some flowers may not press perfectly due to factors such as freshness, which could result in some loss. If this is a concern, please consider your order carefully. When selecting customization, you can choose the bouquet style or design you desire. Customization services typically take approximately 9 to 15 business days to complete and ship. For orders of customized items, a 30% deposit is required, which is non-refundable once the production process begins. Please consider this carefully before placing your order. Step 1: Choose your preferred style and frame. Step 2: Pay the deposit. Step 3: Deliver the bouquet to us on time. Step 4: We press and dry the flowers upon receipt. Step 5: We arrange the pressed flowers and discuss the design with you. Step 6: Complete the payment. Step 7: We ship the pressed flower frame to your address. Step 8: Receive the parcel and leave your feedback on our page.

Why the product I received might not be exactly the same as the picture? Please be aware that each leaf and each flower in nature is unique—there are no two identical leaves in the world, right? Moreover, since our products are handmade, it is impossible to create two identical pieces of work. Therefore, please understand that the physical product you receive may not be exactly identical to the picture. For example, there may be slight differences in the types and sizes of flowers, their arrangement, color, etc. However, please trust us that we make every effort to ensure that the product matches the picture as closely as possible.
-
I can return and get a refund?Due to the fact that all our products are handmade, we generally do not support returns or exchanges once the product has been sold.

Why do pressed flower artworks fade and change color? All pressed flower products in our store are made from fresh flowers sourced from our own garden n or purchased from the market. Due to storage conditions such as light exposure, humidity, sealing, as well as the characteristics of dried flowers such as their type and color, all products sold in our store may undergo color changes over time. For example, yellow flowers may gradually turn brown over two to three years, red flowers may darken into deep red or light yellow, and green leaves may change to amber, etc.
