Sunflowers: A Journey from Seed to Seed

So, this spring to summer, I planted some beautiful, bright sunflowers in the backyard. 🌻 I've grown sunflowers before, but this is the first time I’ve actually written about them! I’ve always loved watching them grow—from seeds to seedlings, to those gorgeous blooms, and then, of course, back to seeds again.

It’s such a magical process, right? 🌱➡️🌸 Watching them stretch up toward the sun, their petals soaking in all that light. Some of the flowers I pressed perfectly into art frames, like the sunflower one I made this summer. 🌻✨ The rest of them, though, I left for nature—to return to the earth and be enjoyed by the birds, who came by to feast on the seeds. 🌾🌻

And, of course, some of the petals went straight to our bunny, Niannian. 🐰💛 She loves them! It was such a sweet sight, seeing her nibbling on petals from the same flowers that brightened up our garden all season.

This whole process—from seed to bloom and back to seed—just feels like such a beautiful cycle. It makes me think about life, too. Sometimes we grow, we shine, and sometimes we return to the earth, ready for a fresh start and new possibilities. 🌿

I wish you many moments of brilliance in your own life, just like these sunflowers. Whether you're shining brightly or taking a little time to refresh, may you always have sunshine in your heart. 🌞💛
