Due to the fact that all our products are handmade, we generally do not support returns or exchanges once the product has been sold.
All pressed flower products in our store are made from fresh flowers sourced from our own garden n or purchased from the market. Due to storage conditions such as light exposure, humidity, sealing, as well as the characteristics of dried flowers such as their type and color, all products sold in our store may undergo color changes over time. For example, yellow flowers may gradually turn brown over two to three years, red flowers may darken into deep red or light yellow, and green leaves may change to amber, etc.
Please be aware that each leaf and each flower in nature is unique—there are no two identical leaves in the world, right? Moreover, since our products are handmade, it is impossible to create two identical pieces of work. Therefore, please understand that the physical product you receive may not be exactly identical to the picture. For example, there may be slight differences in the types and sizes of flowers, their arrangement, color, etc. However, please trust us that we make every effort to ensure that the product matches the picture as closely as possible."
